How does my gift come packaged?

Your gift will arrive hand wrapped in tissue paper in a velveteen draw string bag and boxed in our signature black onyx box with custom band.

How does my gift ship?

It arrives in a structured box cushioned padded center for maximum safety.

What if I need to return my gift?

Any gift that is received incorrect or damaged will be immediately replaced with the same shipping method as the original order and Monarch Engraving Company will credit shipping to and from.

If I received a damaged item?

All items are shipped insured for the value of the item and you must return the item, then file a claim with the Monarch Engraving Company and if the item was damaged in shipment then we will do our best to replace your item in a timely fashion.

If I order an item to be shipped to someone else?

Please make sure you include in your order the gift card option and your gift will be shipped directly to your recipient and you will be invoiced separately.
